Medical Link Services S.A. is a spin-off of ISFI, a consulting company established in Geneva in 1994, specialized in implementing organizational systems in sectors of the service industry where data confidentiality is paramount (banking, HR & payroll, public health). All programs developed by ISFI aim at improving the quality of service delivery while reducing operating costs. In 2005, ISFI spin-offs have generated € 21 millions of income. ISFI was awarded from the Lausanne University the Stratégis Price in 1998.

Medical Link Services S.A. currently employs 10 full-time-equivalent specialists in complementary domains of medicine, organization, programming and communication.

Dr Michel Grupper, CEO and co-founder of MLS

Dr Michel Grupper has experienced over 20 years in Public-Private Health related positions. The public sector positions include the following organizations: World Bank, WHO, DFID, MSH, GFATM, MDM, PSF. The private sector positions encompass (i) Health Economist Advisor for Europe, Middle-east & Africa for a pharmaceutical company and (ii) Health Financial analyst for a private banking company. Dr Michel Grupper also advises private foundations to implement activities world-wide by carefully monitoring its technical execution and its financial disbursement.
