Compliance to Medication Programs

Definition

Compliance to Medication programs developed by MLS are designed to increase the compliance of patients with their medication. They include a set of objectives depending on the disease profile and the medication. Prescribers enroll targeted patients by filling-in a form in less than 3 minutes. A dedicated medical call-center will then call the patient to train him to vocal server follow-up. From that moment, the patient will be under constant surveillance, and will receive appropriate support and motivation to ensure compliance and reduce dropouts.

Coordination and information sharing mechanisms and tools are the cornerstones of the program:
